A brief, non-clinical visit to learn about our services, approach, and pricing. Overview of hormones, weight loss, aesthetics, and acute care so you can decide what fits.

$100 applies as credit toward your $495 intake.

Initial Intake & Labs

$495 75 minutes

A complete baseline assessment including labs, InBody body composition scan, vitals, and goal review. Results are reviewed in a follow-up visit where your personalized plan is created.

Initial Consultation

Provider visit

Meet one-on-one with a medical provider to discuss your goals, review concerns, and explore personalized treatment options. Outside labs can be reviewed if available.

Acute Care Visit

In-person or telehealth

For new or returning patients who need care for a specific concern — illness, injury, infection, or other immediate need. We collect baseline vitals (and InBody when appropriate), review brief health history, and address what brought you in.
