How do at-home lab test kits work?

You order the kit, take it to a participating Quest, LabCorp, or Access Medical Labs location for the blood draw, and Defiance Health receives results directly. A provider reviews the panel and gives you a clinical interpretation.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. Defiance Health is an authorized retailer for ZO Skin Health, LightStim, Nutrafol, and other clinical brands. Products are sourced directly from manufacturers and licensed compounding pharmacies.

What's the return policy?

Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Opened skincare products and prescription items cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons. Unused lab kits can be returned for refund.

Can I pick up locally instead of shipping?

Yes. Customers near the Centennial or Alamosa locations can select pickup at checkout. Notification email goes out when the order is ready, typically same-day for in-stock items.

While we do believe our lip tints provide a lot of moisture to the lips, if your lips are dry and/or cracked, we recommend using one of our lip balms as they truly work wonders on dry and cracked lips.

Are there any flavors or scents in the tints?

The lip tints are scent-free, flavor-free, and essential oil-free.
